The goal of the Project is to create an intensive, one-year, international workshop for persons involved in the adult learning processes through museums. The participants include museum professionals from Poland, Italy and Holland. The workshops will be held in each of the Project countries with the same group of participants and will be focused on the relationship between the museum and its audience.
The Project is intended to develop effective tools for analyzing educational needs for adult museum visitors. How can a museum find its specific target groups? What role can the museum play in the Life Long Education of the adults? What strategies can strengthen the relationship between the museum and its visitors? All the activities of the Project aim to creating an audience oriented approach in a museum’s work. The result of the workshop, in addition to the learning processes of the involved persons, will include a presentation of „helpful questions and tools” for museums working on the adult audience development.
